Cash Fees
If you do not have insurance or are not covered by our contracted insurance, you can use our cash rates.
New visits: up to $255
Follow-up visits: up to $197
Destruction of Warts/Molluscum: This will be explained to you before scheduling your procedures.
Biopsy and surgery rates vary. This will be explained to you prior to scheduling your procedures.
On The Day of Your Appointment:
Please bring your insurance card and ID.
Co-pays will be collected upfront. Please be prepared to pay. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, cash, and checks.
As each insurance policy is unique, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify with your insurance company before your visit whether our services will be covered or paid for by your insurance, or if they will be your responsibility to pay (in whole or in part).
After your insurance company has processed your claim, you are responsible for your bill. We will send you three statements. If we do not receive payment, your account will be sent to a collection agency.
Cancellation/No-show Policy:
To ensure we can see you efficiently, we depend on our patients to be prompt and to notify us one business day in advance if a reschedule is needed.
We will charge a $50 no-show fee if an appointment is not cancelled one business day in advance. In addition, if a patient arrives more than 15 minutes after the appointment time, we will need to reschedule.
